1. Operator and scope
The operator of the Eventy Jinak brand is IronBros s.r.o., registered office c.ev. 402, 267 11 Vraz, Company ID 238 94 474, contact info@eventyjinak.cz.
These terms apply to climbing, outdoor, weekend, multi-day and team-building programmes and related services delivered under the Eventy Jinak brand.
2. Inquiry, offer and contract formation
Submitting a website form or sending an email creates a non-binding inquiry, not a contract. Based on the inquiry, we prepare an individual proposal that may include the programme, date, location, group size, scope of services, price, contract framework and deposit invoice.
A binding booking and contract are created only after the agreed deposit is credited to the operator's account, provided the customer has received the contract draft, these terms and the deposit invoice in advance.
3. Pricing and payment
Pricing is set individually according to the number of participants, programme scope, location, instructor requirements, transport, equipment, accommodation, food, photo coverage and other agreed services.
Unless agreed otherwise, we usually request a deposit before the event, commonly 50% of the total price. The date is considered reserved only after the deposit is received.
4. Programme changes, weather and safety
Outdoor and climbing events depend on weather, terrain conditions, local rules, nature protection and current safety circumstances. For these reasons, we may reasonably adjust the location, route, timetable or event content.
If the event cannot be delivered safely, we will first seek an alternative date or a safe backup format.
5. Cancellation and date changes
After the contract is formed and the deposit is paid, cancellation is governed by the agreed cancellation terms. The exact amount may also reflect already incurred non-refundable costs such as transport, accommodation, instructor allocation or third-party services.
6. Customer and participant obligations
- provide accurate information about group size, experience and any health limitations,
- ensure participants understand the nature of the programme and the safety rules,
- follow the instructions of the instructor or other authorised person,
- not take part under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
- arrive with suitable clothing, footwear and any required personal gear.
7. Liability and insurance
We undertake to prepare, organise and coordinate the agreed event properly, communicate the necessary information and define safety rules for participants and contracted collaborators.
We are not liable for damage caused by failure to follow instructions, concealed health information, unsuitable equipment, unlawful conduct, third-party actions outside our control or force majeure.
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
Any issue should ideally be reported without undue delay, preferably during the event itself. Written complaints may be sent to info@eventyjinak.cz. More information is available on the Complaints and ADR page.
