Eventy Jinak was created as an idea that connects climbing, outdoor movement, indoor climbing gyms and rock-based courses with events for companies, organisations and private groups that want a complete solution with the authentic spirit of climbing.

Who we are and why we do this

We are real climbers from the rocks.

Climbing, belaying, rappelling, movement in rock terrain, equipment handling and leading people outdoors are a natural environment for us, not just scenery for an event. We build on real climbing experience, respect for rock areas and the ability to lead a group safely, calmly and with a sense of humour.

At the same time, we bring experience in management, client communication and full-day event organisation from the first brief to the safe return. That is our strength: authentic outdoor delivery from people in practice, led professionally and systematically.

We believe a corporate event, team building day or private experience does not have to be an artificial programme on a field or in a camp. It can be a properly prepared day in rock areas, in nature or at a well-chosen indoor climbing gym, led by people who truly understand it and can deliver the whole service without chaos or improvisation.

Who is behind the project?

Jakub

Rock climbing instructor, methodology and group leadership

He leads one-day and multi-day rock programmes, climbing methodology sessions and group-focused outdoor delivery for clients who want real movement in rock terrain without chaos.

Kuba is a genuine climbing enthusiast who sees real value not only in climbing itself, but also in passing on experience, knowledge and the joy of climbing to other people.

Marie

Experienced rock climbing instructor, course leader and outdoor guide

Marie has long-term experience leading people on rock, in courses and during outdoor programmes. She can create a calm, well-managed format for beginners, slightly advanced climbers and company groups.

Her strength is in relaxed courses, first outdoor climbing experiences, multi-day stays and situations where patience, methodology and confidence in the terrain matter.

Terka

Indoor instructor, boulderer and group leader at climbing gyms

Terka is a trained climbing wall instructor. She competed a lot when she was younger and in recent years has focused intensively on leading courses for beginners and advanced climbers.

She has experience with groups and larger numbers of people at once, so she understands how to make climbing approachable for different clients. She explains movement and safety clearly, calmly and in a way that helps even complete beginners enjoy climbing.

Matěj

Indoor instructor, boulderer and group leader at climbing gyms

Matěj is a trained climbing wall instructor focused mainly on indoor events, bouldering and working with beginners. For several years he has worked closely with children, clients and bouldering training.

He regularly competes in bouldering and can explain even more complex things clearly and simply, so climbing makes sense and feels enjoyable even for complete beginners.

Tomáš

Indoor instructor, group work and climbing training

Tomáš is a qualified instructor for artificial climbing walls. He works with children, more advanced climbers and group events, and has been fully involved in climbing for several years.

His strongest environment is indoor climbing, where he can lead a group, explain movement and safety and adapt the programme for beginners as well as people with previous climbing experience. Outdoors, he climbs boulders and roped routes, and he enjoys moving across different types of rock.

Pavel “Bobr”

Experienced mountain climber, sandstone climber and strong field support

Pavel is a real mountain and rock climber with deep practical experience from sandstone, mountains, ice climbing and ski touring terrain. In the team, he is most valuable as a strong second instructor, guide and person who can lead more demanding routes and support the programme in real terrain.

He has climbed classic sandstone routes, hard multi-pitch routes in the Tatras, alpine routes in the Alps and winter or mixed conditions. On events, he brings climbing confidence, terrain awareness and real rock practice.

Honza

Rock and climbing wall instructor focused on sport climbing

Honza is a certified instructor for rock climbing and artificial climbing walls with MŠMT accreditation. He is closest to limestone, sport climbing in beautiful natural areas and places where climbing can be combined with good food.

In teaching, he focuses mainly on safety, methodology and clear guidance. He enjoys working with beginners and more advanced climbers and believes climbing can be accessible to anyone who enjoys it, regardless of age.

Samuel

Project founder, client communication and instructor coordination

He connects climbing practice, event preparation, client communication and the overall organisation of the project. On each event he handles the assignment, logistics, service and everything needed to keep the format together from the first brief to the safe wrap-up of the day.

He has been climbing for more than 13 years on Czech and foreign rock, sandstone, multi-pitch routes and mountain terrain. He takes his own children and other people outdoors and enjoys passing on experience in a calm, understandable and safe way.
