Non-binding inquiry
Sending this form creates only a non-binding inquiry. We confirm real availability of instructors, rock area or indoor climbing gym, transport when needed and capacity individually. A binding reservation is created only after we send the contract draft and the deposit payment is received.

We check instructors, rock area or indoor gym, transport and possible add-ons.

Within 3 business days we respond with the next realistic option.

We can also suggest a weather backup version of the event.
6.
After approval we send a contract draft, terms, a 50% deposit invoice and any follow-up questionnaire if needed.
7.
The reservation becomes binding only after the deposit reaches our account. Any later cancellation then follows the cancellation terms.
