How cooperation works

The most important things about the process, event organisation and what we need before we prepare a programme proposal.

Here you can quickly understand how we think about the brief, safety, programme design and the practical details behind an outdoor, indoor or climbing event.

How cooperation works

We keep the process simple, but professional.

1. Brief and assignment

We clarify group size, experience level, timing, target event format and what the experience should deliver.

2. Proposal

We suggest a suitable rock area or indoor climbing gym, logistics, scope of programme, instructor setup and any useful add-on services.

3. Confirmation and contract

Once the proposal is approved, we prepare the concrete offer, contract structure and deposit-based date confirmation.

4. Event delivery

On site we manage the programme flow, communication and safety supervision so the client does not need to handle the operations.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the event suitable even for complete beginners?

Yes. Most programmes are designed to stay safe and manageable even for people with no previous climbing experience.

What if the weather is not suitable?

We work with a backup version of the programme, an adjusted venue or, depending on the event type, an indoor option before the event date.

Do we need to arrange anything on our own?

No. We can organise transport, equipment, refreshments, photographer, accommodation and the operational part of the event.

Who might this event not be ideal for?

If you are looking only for the cheapest possible programme without transport, food and extra service options, we are probably not the ideal fit.

How do you choose instructors?

We choose instructors according to experience, maximum competence for the specific rock area or climbing gym and the exact type of event.

Safety and organisation

Every event is led safely, sensibly and according to real conditions in the terrain.

  • We adapt the programme to participant experience, weather, location and current conditions.
  • Climbing and outdoor activities are led by experienced instructors with clear safety briefing.
  • Each event is prepared individually to stay memorable and responsibly delivered.
  • We also plan for weather changes, venue adjustments or an indoor alternative when the event type allows it.
