Photo and video consent

1. Purpose of the consent

This consent covers the creation and use of photos and videos from Eventy Jinak events for event documentation, delivery to the client and, where approved, marketing use on the website, social media or presentation materials.

2. Who uses the material

The controller and user of the material is IronBros s.r.o., Company ID 238 94 474, operating the Eventy Jinak project.

3. Basic consent rules

• the consent is voluntary,
• refusal of marketing consent does not by itself prevent participation in the event,
• marketing use should remain separate from operational and contractual documents,
• consent may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Typical consent options

• consent for event documentation and delivery to the client,
• consent for use on the Eventy Jinak website,
• consent for use on social media,
• consent for use in online advertising or promotional materials,
• the option to refuse marketing use entirely.

5. Minors

For minors, the consent must be given by the legal guardian. Where the child is capable of understanding the meaning of the consent, their view should also be respected.
